The First Speaker: The Living Christ and Winning the Morning

The Living Christ I should work on building a web-program to help me memorize The Living Christ. living.christ.teancum.us I should listen to The Living Christ 3 times a day. (1.5 times speed) (1.25 times speed) (0.7 times speed) I should read The Living Christ 3 times a day out loud. Christ is the firstborn of The Father, and if we follow our brother, we can see them again. Christ has the most influence than anyone who has lived or will live on the Earth. Christ is the creator from the beginning, and He will complete His works. He did and taught goodness and was accused, despised, and condemned to death for it. Dolphins (Elder Kearon) When I get up in the morning, I should prepare myself spiritually, mentally, and physically. Elder Kearon half jokingly recommended: when in the shower, make it hot and then switch it to cold. He also recommended that I exercise for 30 minutes in the morning and to do 30 to 90 minutes of scripture study and prayer in the morning. I should make it creative and make it fun for myself. Like Elder Kearon said, "We should win the morning." The speaker recommends that I "Exercise, eat breakfast, read The Book of Mormon, and read Preach My Gospel." Chapter 3 of PMG helps me learn more about the gospel, and I can use it to find scriptures to feast on and be inspired by. I should make plans in the afternoon/evening for the next day so that when I get up, I already have a plan.

Breakout Room: Making Questions Applicable

In my life, how can I learn from hard things? 1. We can learn from them; any experience can be used for our good. 2. Acknowledgement and acceptance—sometimes there are things that we won't understand until later, so acknowledge and accept it until you understand it. 3. Sometimes there isn't a reason for the suffering or trial, because they are caused by our own choices or others' choices, but God can still help make them beneficial and meaningful. How can I learn from others? We can learn from their experience and try to help them with our own experiences. How can we make our anxiety work for our good? 1. We can learn to handle and control our anxiety. 2. We can learn to use our anxiety as a tool, and in safe spaces, turn anxiety to the similar emotion of excitement—working to not have anxiety control us, but using it as a tool even if we aren't in full control of it. 3. Elder Kearon said during his talk "One of the best ways to combat anxiety is serving others." 4. Jacob was one of the most anxious prophet in The Book of Mormon, but he was always anxious for the people. How do we see ourselves as God sees us? 1. Think of yourself as a child and Him as a loving parent. 2. We have to learn to give ourselves the grace we give freely towards others. 3. We are supposed to love people and give them charity, and that includes ourselves.

The Second Speaker: Making the Most of Daily Study

How can we make more of our studying in our day? — I can read and study with others, and try multiple forms of studying. — I should journal, write, read, and create things more while I'm studying. — I should try to seek opportunities for sharing what I have learned during my studying with others.

The Third Speaker: Finding Joy in Our Lives

I should give the credit to God for the joys found in my life, and I should write down a goal and plan to find a little teaspoon of joy everyday.

The Fourth Speaker: Learning from Hard Things

Talked about The Break-Out Session.

The Fifth Speaker: Being the Message

Elder Kearon asked us: "How can we be The Message?" — By living and believing in the message, and letting it affect you more than just intellectually and more than just emotionally. "How do we serve on a higher and holier level?" — By loving one another, and trying to love and understand each other as God does. We won't be perfect, but we can strive. "How do we cheer ourselves on so that we can cheer others on?" — We need to take care of the dolphins. Endorphins, Elder Kearon accidentally called them dolphins and it was hilarious! — We need to take care of our bodies, minds, and spirit, with self-love and self-care.

The Sixth Speaker: Writing Down Promptings and Setting SMART Goals

I should write down the promptings of the Holy Spirit. I should make goals based on these prompts and make plans for those goals. Goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound).

The Seventh Speaker: All Things Testify of Christ

I should learn more by the Holy Ghost, and let the Holy Ghost teach through me. All things testify of Christ. Christ created all things in the heavens and earth. Was there before the worlds were and will be there long after they are gone. "We rest and fall asleep at night, and then wake up to the rising sun. Likewise, we shall die and rest, and then wake up to the rising Son, The Living Son of God. When we take the sacrament, we die and then we rise again as a new being—same as when we repent or do ordinances for the dead."

The Eighth Speaker: Covenants, Hesed, and the Power of God

Let us not forget what we were taught today, and let us act today on the promptings we got today. Elder Kearon came to us and he shook each one of our hands. Likewise, God goes to us one by one. It is important for life-long discipleship, missionary effectiveness, and the quality of our life. Our purpose is to invite and help others. We increase the Savior's power in our life when we make and keep sacred covenants with as much precision and exactness. Hesed is the love we should have towards God, towards our spouse, towards our children, and towards those around us. God will allow you to enter back into our covenant when we fail to keep them due to His Hesed He has for us. Hesed is lovingkindness, or covenantal love. Covenants are not restrictions but are protective and enabling for our ability to use our agency and our intellect more fully. We have more freedom, and it gives us access to His power constantly. The covenant path is how He can be close to us; He knew He'd be an absent Father, so the path is placed so that we can be close to each other. The term "covenant path" refers to a series of covenants whereby we come unto Christ and access His power: Baptism (the saving ordinance), Confirmation (gaining the gift of The Holy Ghost), Initiatory (washing, anointing, and clothing for becoming a priest(ess) and queen or king in the house of Israel), Endowment (where we learn about our part of The Plan and are given instructions), Marriage/Sealing (we are sealed to our eternal companion for time and all eternity). When we keep the covenants, including wearing the sacred garment, we will have greater access to the Savior's mercy, protection, strength, and power. Let us wear our garments throughout our life. Our garments are a representation of Christ. We are covenant makers and covenant keepers. Every morning we get to start and try again, because God loves us. What Are Covenants? Are two-way promises. Are things that establish a relationship similar akin to marriage. What Are Ordinances? Ordinances are acts/ceremonies to celebrate and to represent our covenants, making them memorable—more than just words, but also involving our other senses. What Are the Temple Covenants? 1. Live the Law of Obedience 2. Live the Law of Sacrifice 3. Live the Law of The Gospel of Jesus Christ 4. Live the Law of Chastity 5. Live the Law of Consecration

The Ninth Speaker: Writing Things Down and Remembering

It is great to write things down so that we can look back and remember why we are here and why we are doing this. The Church is true, and we all have a loving Heavenly Father.

Feb 8, 2026

The Tenth Speaker: God Will Lead Us

God will lead us exactly where we are supposed to be. Seek to do what is right, and God will lead you more.

Feb 8, 2026

The Eleventh Speaker: Overcoming Trials Through Christ

The Church is true, and every trial in this life has or can gain a purpose. As we follow Christ, we can overcome our shortcomings and trials.

Feb 8, 2026

The Twelfth Speaker: Knowledge Is Power

Knowledge is power. We should study our scriptures. As we learn, we can gain more confidence in our worth and in our ability. If we take the time to learn and study, we can find strength. We can apply ourselves more. Our life is so short, and this time in that life is short, so let us use this time to gain knowledge and power.

The Thirteenth Speaker: Trials Are Like Braces

Trials are like braces, and when we get comfortable, then they adjust. After braces are done, we should keep our retainers on. God wants your effort and choice more than He wants your works and your accomplishment; He will make the difference in the end if you choose Him and you put your effort in serving Him by serving others.

The Fourteenth Speaker: Serving One More Person

We can rely on others, and we can have others rely on us. The only thing to defeat fear is to serve others. Jesus lives and turns our weaknesses into strengths. If we feel like giving up, please just serve one more person.

The Fifteenth Speaker: Exquisite Joy After Exquisite Pain

When we go through the pains and trials of this life—even though they can only be described with "nothing could be so exquisite and bitter as were my pains"—God has the power to give us joy just as strong, so much that it can only be described with "nothing could be so exquisite and sweet as were my joys."

The Sixteenth Speaker: Anxiously Engaged in a Good Cause

Let us be anxiously involved in a good cause. "And it came to pass that I, Nephi, beheld the power of the Lamb of God, that it descended upon the saints of the church of the Lamb, and upon the covenant people of the Lord, who were scattered upon all the face of the earth; and they were armed with righteousness and with the power of God in great glory." A stake has been baptised per month. We are bringing God's children to God on both sides of the veil. Let us make better relationships with those who we serve and those who serve us.
